Think 4D, a company in Vancouver, Canada, launched its new after-print process, which brings color, form and texture to printed images using very fine screening. Cartons with an otherwise flat surface came to life with a three-dimensional effect, and encouraged show-goers to reach out and touch. The unexpected texture is said to entice consumers to connect with packaging—and product—on a deeper level.
